How to dilute this
Essential oils always need a carrier oil on skin
Healthy adults, 2 percent4 drops of essential oil into 10ml of grapeseed, almond or jojoba.
Children, elderly, sensitive skin, 0.5 percent1 drop of essential oil into 10ml of carrier oil.
Diffusing30 to 60 minutes on, then 30 to 60 minutes off. There is no need to diffuse constantly.
Carrier Oils
*ALMOND (sweet) c/p organic carrier oil
Always dilute before applying to skin. Adults at 2 percent, which is 4 drops to 10ml of carrier oil. Children, the elderly and sensitive skin at 0.5 percent, which is 1 drop to 10ml. Keep away from the eyes. Not for internal use.
